Highly recommend Top Notch Transportation! I reached out to Adam, the owner, at the very last minute for transportation for my friend’s birthday, and he was amazing to work with. He was able to book us a fabulous Sprinter the night before and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Adam was a great communicator, the vehicle was extremely clean and beautiful, and the staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating. We had an absolutely incredible experience with Adam at Top Notch Transportation! From the moment I called, which was just a couple hours before I decided to surprise my wife, last minute on my end. He was personable, professional, and genuinely committed to making our birthday celebration special. Adam went above and beyond to give us a truly memorable experience. We weren’t even sure where we wanted to go, so I left it in his hands, and he took us to some amazing sightseeing spots we would have never found on our own. He is a true stand-up guy who followed through on everything he promised and then some. We’ve rented transportation many times over the years, but we’ve never experienced service this personal, thoughtful, compassionate, and heartwarming. Adam truly cares about his customers, and it shows in everything he does. We highly recommend Top Notch Transportation and will absolutely be calling him when in town. My experience with Top Notch Transportation for 14 people pick up and drop offs for an entire weekend was absolutely amazing! They were easy to work with adjusted with a few of our mishaps and changes with absolutely professionalism, they were affordable and kept us all comfortable, with super easy drop offs, easy pick ups! The communication way top notch! Everything about this company that could remove the chaos of travel, they provided that! Obviously I had to communicate a well, and the set up by email before the trip was a breeze with them. Our family of 9 had a stress free amazing trip going from Scottsdale to Sedona and a bit beyond with Top Notch. Adam provided us with great driving and lots of area information. He was gracious in providing alternatives when our itinerary changed and allowed us to fully appreciate the beauty of Arizona.
