Arizona State Fair Transportation
Arizona State Fair transportation from Top Notch Transportation gets your group to the fairgrounds without the drive, the parking search, or the walk in from an off-site lot.
The fair runs October 1 through November 1, Thursdays through Sundays, at the Arizona State Fairgrounds on McDowell Road in Phoenix.
The fair does offer its own free shuttle, but only from a handful of designated park-and-ride lots around the Valley, which still means driving yourself to one of those lots first.
A private driver skips that step entirely and drops your group right at the gate, then picks you back up when you’re ready to head home.
Skip the Fairgrounds Parking Line
The fair’s official park-and-ride shuttle helps, but it only runs from specific off-site lots, so your group still has to get to one of those lots before the shuttle even starts.
On a busy Friday or Saturday night, those lots fill up and the shuttle lines back up right along with them.
A chartered vehicle drops your group directly at the fairgrounds gate, no transfer lot, no shuttle line, no walk across a dark parking field at the end of the night.

The Coliseum Concert Series bundles a concert ticket with fair admission, so a lot of groups aren’t just going for the rides and the food, they’re building a night around a specific show too.
That makes for a longer night than a typical fair visit, food and rides early, then the concert later, which is exactly the kind of trip where a designated driver becomes a real hassle.
A private vehicle covers the whole night in one booking, so nobody has to leave the fair early to drive, and nobody has to skip the funnel cake to stay sober for the ride home.
